The McEwen Solutions team believes that strategic planning is a cornerstone of efficient and effective nonprofit operation. Our team gathers stakeholders across the organization to provide collaborative input through facilitating surveys, virtual meetings and face-to-face working sessions. We use appreciative inquiry and perform a SWAT analysis including a review of the mission and vision. A small team of stakeholders including board members, staff, funders and service beneficiaries gathers to co-imagine a preferred future for the organization. Based on that vision, our team aids the organization in setting audacious goals and determines realistic accountability measures for evaluating progress.
